Our partner\u00a0Ihor Yurchenko –<\/b> watercolor master.\u00a0Candidate of Art History, member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine, member of the Union of Art Critics and Historians, and an associate professor of the Department of Design and Architecture Fundamentals of the Lviv Polytechnic National University. Ihor Yurchenko is the author of dozens of scientific articles and works in the areas of “ethnocultural traditions in modern design”, “theory and practice of modern design”, “applied branch of the theory and practice of visual perception of elementary geometric forms, works of art and design”.
The artist takes an active part in international exhibitions and festivals in many countries of the world: Poland, New Delhi, Serbia, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Spain, Canada, he represented Ukraine at a large-scale symposium in China. For many years, Ihor Yurchenko led a group of Ukrainian artists at FabrianoinAquarello International Watercolour Festival. Thanks to this festival, many talented artists from Ukraine got the opportunity to let the world know about them. The author’s carefree mountain landscape decorates the\u00a0cover of ROSA Studio watercolour paper in folders<\/strong>\u00a0i<\/a>ntended for learning and working in watercolour and gouache painting techniques. Cellulose paper in size A3 and A4 with a density of 200 gsm has been an integral part of the successful creative process of student artists, amateurs and beginners for many years. A slightly rough non-smooth texture allows the paper to be used for fillings and fine work with details. Special sizing retains the saturation and brightness of the colour of the paint after drying and ensures a smooth flow of colours, which makes it possible to achieve transitions between shades.
